X-Club are looking for a Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor to build a new client base in a new flagship site and develop Physiotherapy as a key driver in the X-Club Brand.

The Role:
As a Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor for X-Club, you’ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience in our studios for clients by using your clinical and Pilates skills and leading the Physiotherapy Team. We aim to make X-Club the stand-out part of the day and the most impactful to wellbeing. You’ll have extensive knowledge on all of the X-Club products and will be able to guide clients on fulfilling the 4 key elements of their wellbeing, whilst leading by example. You’ll manage the operations of the Physiotherapy in studios, with a responsibility for growth.
Job Description:
- Accountable for the overall Physiotherapy Performance
- Working closely with the clients and team to develop tailored treatment plans including exercise and physical activity advice, and reviewing these at regular intervals
- Create an exceptional customer journey and work to the goal of making X-Club Physiotherapy world class
- Work with the wider team to develop clinical policies and procedures and review treatment efficacy at regular intervals
- Teaching Pilates, group & 1:1 and delivering member’s masterclasses (& emergency cover)
- Develop the insurance referral system
- Accountable for the Targets and KPIs of Physiotherapy
- The ability to support the Studio Coordination team wherever required
- Networking
- Liaising with local GP practices, social workers, mental health services and community healthcare clinics in the London area
- Support in the development of Wellness Days and Retreats
- Involvement in local marketing and community partnerships
- Marketing contributions (initiatives for Print / Web / Social Media / Blogs / LinkedIn etc.)
- Software account management
- Work with Marketing campaigns and email automation – specific to Physio clients
- On demand recording contributions
- Physio orders & the development of equipment related to Physiotherapy
- Receiving and analysing client feedback
- Keeping up to date on the latest Physiotherapy techniques & technology
- Working with all the other Wellness professionals to provide holistic care for clients
- Reporting
- Supervising and supporting other team members including physiotherapy assistants, instructors, trainers and studio coordinators through masterclasses, training programmes
- Managing department KPIs
