Wyvil Primary School is an exciting and innovative two form entry school situated in the centre of London, based across three buildings. We have two mainstream sites with integrated resource base classes for children with Autism and Speech and Language needs, and an Autism Resource Base in Kennington. Our vibrant and diverse community supports a wide range of needs, including SEND, with a strong focus on Autism, Speech and Language, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health. Our teacher ratio enables high quality teaching and learning whilst promoting staff leadership and professional development. We have embedded a coaching culture across the school, enabling staff to have regular opportunities for reflective practice, active listening and high quality questioning.

We are looking to appoint an aspirational, hardworking and caring Teacher to join our inclusive and ambitious team.

Responsibilities:
  • Work flexibly in a collaborative team;
  • Be supported to consistently deliver high quality lessons using adaptive teaching;
  • Create a welcome and inclusive learning environment;
  • Have high expectations of children’s learning;
  • Have the opportunity to take part in external research projects e.g. with the EEF;
  • Have the opportunity to share best practice and develop others;
  • Create stimulating learning opportunities inside and outside the classroom environment.
