Wyvern Academy, part of Consilium Academies, is seeking a dedicated Reflection Manager to lead our internal reflection and inclusion provision and support students to overcome barriers to learning.

This role interacts with students, families and staff to promote wellbeing and inclusion.

You will work closely with SENDCO, Attendance Team and external agencies to develop personalised support plans and help students reintegrate into mainstream lessons.
