We're looking for a proactive and organised Programme and Asset Coordinator to join our Asset Management team on a fixed‑term contract until 30th June 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting programme delivery and contributing to how we invest in and improve our homes.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of asset management programmes, ensuring activities are well organised and on track.
- Maintain and update asset and programme data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Work with colleagues across Asset Management, Property and wider teams to gather and share key information.
- Support reporting on programme progress, performance and data quality.
- Assist with the scheduling, tracking and administration of planned works and investment activity.
- Help improve processes, systems and ways of working to strengthen data quality and programme delivery.
- Contribute to wider asset‑management initiatives, including compliance, sustainability and improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a coordination, administration or data‑focused role.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate data.
- Confidence using IT systems, including Excel and asset or project management systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
