Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is seeking two Neighbourhood Officers (Regeneration) to support communities through a major regeneration programme in Wythenshawe. You will deliver intensive housing management, tenancy support and customer engagement services within regeneration areas, building strong relationships and helping residents navigate change.
This role focuses on tenancy management, estate management, casework and safeguarding, with a strong emphasis on sustaining tenancies.
