We’re looking for a skilled and detail‑focused Asset Assurance Specialist (known as Asset Data Analyst internally) to join our Asset Management team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, turning insight into action, and supporting smarter decision‑making that directly improves our homes and services.

As an Asset Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our asset data is accurate, reliable and meaningful. Your work will help shape investment decisions, support compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to our long‑term sustainability and decarbonisation goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collecting, validating and maintaining high‑quality asset data across our systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analysing asset performance, lifecycle costs and condition data to provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Producing dashboards and reports to support decision‑making, performance monitoring and risk management.
  • Working closely with Service Managers, Project Managers and other teams to embed data insights into delivery.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement by developing strong data‑sharing relationships across teams and partners.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data processes, systems and governance to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Contributing to predictive modelling and data‑driven approaches to investment planning.
  • Supporting compliance by ensuring data aligns with regulatory requirements, including EPC and decarbonisation targets.
  • Playing a key role in digital transformation initiatives across Asset Management.
  • Supporting funding bids and strategic projects by providing accurate data and insight.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Data Analytics, Asset Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally within housing or asset management.
  • Familiarity with asset management systems and data governance principles.
  • Understanding of social housing compliance and sustainability requirements.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, SQL and Power BI.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and present findings clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • A problem‑solving, detail‑focused and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an adaptable and innovative mindset.
