Our client is a major player in the recruitment world, operating across multiple international markets and offering advanced talent acquisition, recruitment outsourcing and workforce solutions. The company is now strengthening its RPO business in Europe and is looking for a senior commercial leader who can drive growth, open new client opportunities and help shape the regional RPO sales strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands complex B2B solution selling, RPO/MSP or HR outsourcing, and knows how to convert strategic client needs into scalable recruitment solutions.

The role involves expanding the company’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing business across Europe. You will identify, map and acquire new RPO clients, build a qualified sales pipeline, lead the full sales cycle and work closely with solution design, sales, marketing and delivery teams to create competitive, client-specific RPO propositions. The original role scope focuses on driving RPO expansion across EMEA, designing the RPO sales strategy, developing the sales process and toolkit, and aligning it with the wider group sales strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, map and prioritise RPO prospect clients across European markets, industries and geographies.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle: outreach, discovery, proposal creation, negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust RPO pipeline through proactive business development and market intelligence.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events and external forums.
  • Take responsibility for achieving RPO revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Support the development of the RPO sales strategy, sales process and commercial toolkit.
  • Work with marketing to strengthen visibility and lead generation for RPO offerings.
  • Collaborate with solution design teams to develop client-specific RPO solutions.
  • Translate client needs into commercially attractive and operationally viable solutions.
  • Contribute to RPO market positioning, value proposition and thought leadership.
  • Share best practices and support country sales teams during RPO pursuits.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in RPO, MSP, HR outsourcing, talent solutions or workforce solutions sales.
  • Strong track record in B2B solution selling in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in designing, selling or delivering RPO solutions in a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations, delivery models and talent acquisition technologies.
  • Consultative selling, negotiation and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence across countries, functions and seniority levels.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on sales execution.
  • High autonomy, drive, accountability and commercial discipline.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and collaborative mindset.
  • Solid understanding of RPO market dynamics, trends and competitive landscape.
