WysePower is a market-leading specialist in temporary power for the construction industry, operating from seven depots across the UK. Our Manchester region delivers multiple projects for a wide range of clients, supported by Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors and mobile Electrical Operatives.
We’re recruiting a Regional Manager to lead our Manchester operation. You’ll take responsibility for regional performance, client satisfaction, commercial delivery and the leadership of the depot-based team. This is a senior operational role in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. An electrical background is not required, but strong commercial and operational leadership experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Manchester depot and ensure high standards across all projects
- Oversee planning, project performance and operational compliance
- Drive regional profitability and manage budgets, forecasting and reporting
- Develop and support Contracts Managers and QSs
- Build strong client relationships and resolve operational challenges
- Proven operational leadership experience in a commercially focused environment
- Strong business understanding, including P&L and budgeting
- Ability to improve performance and drive efficiency
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Customer-focused and confident under pressure
- Construction/electrical experience is helpful but not essential
- Senior leadership role in a respected and growing contractor
