Are you a certified electrician on the lookout for a new opportunity with a renowned construction services provider working on some of the most prestigious projects across Europe? Do you have the right to work in the UK and/or Europe? Are you ready for a change of scenery? As part of our expansion, we are recruiting flexible, qualified electricians to work for our European entity on projects across Europe.

The work itself will be across our sites in mainland Europe where you would work a 6 week on, 1 week off rotation. For that reason, you must have the right to work in the UK and/or EU to apply for this position.

With over 200 qualified, directly employed staff, operating from 8+ regional depots, we have the capability and capacity to support clients on the most complex projects.

The successful candidates will be part of our onsite teams installing temporary cabling, lighting and transformers on various sites throughout the regions. We would welcome applications from candidates who are flexible with the following skills:

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Two Saturdays per month
  • Weekend availability

Essential Skills

  • Hold a current driving licence
  • Hold a current and in date ECS or equivalent
  • Hold a current and valid 18th edition certification or equivalent
  • Have the right to work in the UK or EU
  • Competent in English both written and spoken

Desired Skills

  • Experience in temporary electrics will be an advantage. However, not essential for the correct hard-working individual
  • Have the ability to work under your own initiative and to make decisions based on the information to hand
  • Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely and efficient manner

What we’re offering

Salary is dependent on experience but the expected annual salary would be between €60,000 - €80,000. You will be offered 2 rates of pay, a competitive rate for whilst you are travelling and on rotation and an enhanced European hourly rate for when you are working away. This is a full-time role and we offer 1 week of rotation per 6 weeks worked with an additional week in the summer and over the Christmas period. We provide all required H S training.
