Position description
WYSE London Management are dedicated to customer service, their team and driving results within an omni channel business. They have a passion for the WYSE London brand and a love for our product.
Our Supervisors/Assistant Store Managers have an inviting presence in our stores, communicate confidently and have a commercial knowledge which enables them to support the Store Manager and team to exceed all commercial targets. In WYSE stores, in the absence of the Store Manager, our Assistant Managers and Supervisor have ultimate responsibility and accountability for their team, their customers and their store results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to recruit and retain the best team
- Induct, coach and develop the store team
- Demonstrate the best-in‐class customer service by building organic and long‐lasting relationships with Wyse London customers
- Conduct personal styling sessions and WYSE Live with confidence
- Drive sales by supporting the Store Manager to deliver amazing visual merchandising and retail standards
- Assist the Store Manager to exceed targets by promoting omni channel and data capture
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge, sharing with the team, our customers and feeding back into seasonal product reviews
- Assist the Store Manager to identify opportunities to network in the local area to drive brand awareness and build business partnerships
- Manage all operational processes efficiently
- Support the Manager in managing all store controllable costs ultimately driving overall profitability of your store
- Taking full responsibility for their personal Health and Safety, that of Wyse customers and the store team
