Job Description

Reports to: Senior E-Commerce Manager

Assisting the day-to-day running of our online store. This will encompass Product Launches, Image Management, SEO, and the opportunity to develop as the business grows.

The full-time position is based at our Head Office in Shepherds Bush and is required to be in the office 4 days a week, and 1 day working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Owning and managing the \”Coming Soon\” process for the website – working cross-functionally with the relevant teams to ensure new products are loaded in a timely manner to generate product interest and keep customers informed.
  2. Upload new products and data on the website, using Netsuite and Shopify, as well as maintenance of existing products.
  3. Ensuring the product visual merchandising of the website is always maintained, utilising trade & stock knowledge to align with the business goals.
  4. Maintaining web pages by ensuring all collections, product images, and videos are up to date for launches.
  5. Website image management – Looking after the Image folders on the shared drive, resizing and uploading all new product imagery to Shopify in time for product launches.
  6. Assisting the Ecommerce Manager in setting up seasonal sales.
  7. Assisting the Ecommerce Manager with working alongside the SEO and developer agencies.
  8. Look after the website\’s product reviews and feedback relevant information to the team.
  9. Assisting the Ecommerce Manager when needed.

Knowledge/Skills:

  1. Previous experience in Shopify.
  2. Preferably previous experience working in Fashion/Retail.
  3. Enthusiastic and flexible in response to an ever-evolving business.
  4. Strong communication skills and effective collaboration across functions.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail.
  6. Resilient and adaptable with the ability to use initiative in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
