Working collaboratively across Design, Buying, Merchandising and Technical teams, you’ll combine creativity with commercial awareness to build balanced collections that feel fresh, desirable and cohesive season after season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build coordinated collections that work seamlessly with all product categories to create complete, head-to-toe looks.
  • Develop products with exceptional attention to fit, proportion, construction, quality and finishing.
  • Work autonomously with suppliers to develop yarns, jersey fabrics, stitches, blocks, prototypes and gold seal samples.
  • Source premium yarns, fabrics and trims independently where appropriate.
  • Constantly re-review ranges to ensure that you are reacting to customer feedback/lessons learnt and micro and macro trends
  • Able to trade in season and respond to sales, identify opportunities for new options/styles based on successes as well as minimising risks.
  • Lead technical fit sessions alongside the Garment Technologist, driving continuous improvements in fit and construction.
  • Produce detailed CADs, technical packs and specification sheets for every style.
  • Collaborate closely with Buying and Merchandising to ensure the collection delivers the right balance of choice, newness and commercial opportunity.
  • Analyse sales performance, customer feedback and seasonal best sellers to inform future product development.
  • Manage the progression of your collection throughout the critical path, ensuring timely delivery for each seasonal launch.
  • Champion responsible sourcing and sustainable product development, designing products with longevity, durability and quality at their core.

About You

You’ll be an experienced premium womenswear designer with a genuine passion for product, craftsmanship and creating beautiful clothes.

You’ll enjoy taking ownership, working collaboratively and balancing creativity with commercial thinking.
