The key motto for an Allocator is to ensure we get 'the right stock, to the right place, at the right time'. WYSE London are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team to ensure we maximise our sales by doing just that. The role would form part of the Merchandising team and would be a blended role of allocation and merchandise admin assistance. The full-time position is based at our Head Office in Shepherds Bush and is required to be in the office 4 days a week, and 1 day working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all internal and external logistics and shipments
- Continual analysis to support allocations and management of stock levels for stores & web
- Organising stock transfers and movements within the business to ensure stock is maximised
- Updating and maintaining system information to support weekly product launches
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Merchandising team
- Highlights risk & opportunities from conducting regular store visits
- Build strong relationships with the warehouse and the store teams
Knowledge / Skills:
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Computer literate (especially Excel), with an ability to quickly learn new systems
- Highly organised and analytical
- Able to work calmly and methodically to problem solve
- Can work independently, but also collaboratively within a team
- Good commercial and market awareness
- Previous experience within retail/fashion industry preferred, but not essential
