Wyre Borough Council is seeking two Health & Wellbeing Community Connectors to join our Leisure, Healthy Lifestyles & Communities Team on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2029.
Based across Wyre, you will engage with residents in neighbourhoods and events, promote Stop Smoking support through Smoke Free Lancashire, and build partnerships with VCFS organisations.
