Wype is on a mission to modernise the outdated and stigmatised bottom care category, and we need someone who can turn heads while doing it.
This isn’t a classic social media manager role. It’s about generating momentum. Building hype. Owning the conversation. You’re not married to platforms, you’re married to attention. Whether it’s a viral sound, a spicy reel, a surprise stunt on the street, or a partnership no one saw coming, you know how to get people to stop scrolling and start talking.
This is a role for a creative self-starter with a bias for action, a finger on the pulse, and a scrappy, resourceful streak. You’ll have autonomy to experiment and execute fast. What You\’ll Do:
Build Hype & Own Organic Growth
Lead our organic growth strategy across social, influencer, community, and partnerships.
Generate creative, low-cost ideas that drive attention and brand love—online and IRL.
Move fast. Test things. Post. Learn. Iterate.
Own Wype’s day-to-day presence on key platforms incl. Instagram and TikTok, posting consistently and reactively.
Spot trends early, remix them in our tone, and jump on moments that build reach and engagement.
Create, film, and edit content that feels native to the platform but unmistakably Wype.
Influencer & Community Energy
Find and build relationships with creators who “get” us—across wellness, culture, humour, skincare, and beyond.
Manage organic gifting and help shape paid influencer campaigns with our growth team.
Cultivate our Clean Cult—replying to comments, sliding into DMs, and making superfans feel seen.
Keep a constant radar on what’s happening in culture, content, and the world of self-care.
Bring fresh ideas to the table—across content, events, stunts, and potential collabs.
Look at what others are doing and figure out how to make it better, cheaper, funnier, or weirder.
Track and Learn
Analyse what’s working and why. Know your top-performing content, formats, and creators.
Bring insights to the team to inform future strategy—without getting lost in the vanity metrics.
