Wynyard Homes is an award-winning housebuilder with a reputation for creating beautifully designed homes in exceptional locations across the North East and Northumberland. Every home is carefully considered, well crafted, and built with local materials, designed to stand the test of time. With a small but growing team of 5 sales representatives across 6 sites, and a supportive central head office function, we are seeing strong buyer enquiry levels in our Alnwick sites, with interest already building from our modern media marketing efforts.
We’re looking for a Sales Representative who will become the welcoming face of Wynyard Homes in Alnwick. You’ll be based across two developments, meeting prospective buyers, guiding them through our homes, and supporting them through their purchase journey with care, clarity and professionalism. This is not high-pressure selling. It’s about building trust, understanding people, and helping them make confident decisions about their future home. You’ll work closely with a small, supportive team and be trusted to take real ownership of the sales experience on site.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming visitors to site and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Conducting viewings and confidently presenting the quality, layout and specification of each home
- Building relationships with prospective buyers and maintaining regular, thoughtful follow-up
- Managing enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website leads and events
- Supporting buyers through the reservation and sales process, liaising with internal teams as needed
- Supporting and advising buyers on extras such as kitchen options, carpets, and flooring
- Keeping site presentation standards high and aligned with the Wynyard Homes brand
- Providing feedback from buyers to help inform marketing, pricing and site strategy
You will have a strong background in new-build property sales and will likely be:
- Naturally personable, warm and confident with a wide range of buyers
- Comfortable having meaningful conversations, not just “selling”
- Organised, reliable and able to manage your own pipeline and follow-ups
- Proud to represent a high-quality product and a family business
- Calm, professional and trusted to work independently on site
- Motivated by being part of a growing business where your contribution matters
You’ll be joining a close-knit team where people genuinely care about what they build and how they work. You’ll benefit from strong marketing support, meaning warm, qualified enquiries - not cold selling. You’ll be trusted, valued and given autonomy rather than micromanaged. You’ll be part of a growth phase, with future opportunities as the business expands. You’ll sell homes you can truly be proud of.
If you’re looking for a role where professionalism, people and quality come first - and where growth and ambition are matched with warmth and integrity - we’d love to hear from you.
