We are looking for a creative, proactive and organised Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will focus on capturing engaging, high-quality content from across the estate for two separate social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating content that reflects our brand identity, connects with our audience, and performs well across multiple platforms. Alongside content creation, you will also schedule posts and monitor engagement to support continued growth and visibility. This is a hands-on, on-site role that requires creativity, initiative, and flexibility to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation
- Capture engaging photo and video content from around the estate (events, behind-the-scenes, seasonal moments, day-to-day activity, team features, etc.)
- Create platform-appropriate content for two distinct social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency while maintaining each account's unique voice
- Produce content suitable for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Identify opportunities for reactive and trend led content where appropriate
- Edit content using relevant apps/software to a high standard
- Planning & Scheduling
- Plan and schedule content in line with marketing objectives and seasonal activity
- Work to a content calendar while remaining adaptable to last-minute opportunities
- Ensure posts go out at optimal times for engagement
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor comments, messages and engagement across platforms
- Respond in line with brand tone of voice (or escalate where required)
- Track basic performance metrics and identify what content performs well
- Suggest improvements based on engagement and insights
- Proven experience creating engaging social media content
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms
- Confident capturing and editing photo and video content (smartphone and/or camera)
- Understanding of trends, reels, short form video, and storytelling
- Ability to adapt tone of voice across two different brands/accounts
- Organised, self-motivated and able to manage time effectively within limited weekly hours
- Flexible approach to working hours when required to capture key moments or events

Rota schedules will be provided in advance however, flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business, including occasional event coverage or time sensitive content opportunities.
