- Replenish shelves, support merchandising, assist with stocktakes and help deliver promotional campaigns.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately when required.
- Keep the warehouse, store yard, gardens and wider site clean, safe and tidy.
- Talk with customers about their current activities and seasonal requirements, recommend relevant complementary products and pass specialist, regulated-product or sales opportunities to the appropriate colleagues.
- Support product specialists and the wider team, including providing cover at other stores when required.

- A commitment to safe working, accuracy and following company policies and procedures
Desirable:
- Agricultural or rural product knowledge, especially an understanding of seasonal customer needs and relevant linked purchases
