Are you seeking an exciting new career opportunity as an experienced Systems and Policy Compliance Manager with a passion for leading excellence in administration and data management, within an expanding, driven and people-centric business? The Opportunity:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture administration and data processing team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of professional shared services.
  • Lead the harmonisation of employment terms and benefits to realise our one business and one team ethos and consistency for all colleagues supporting Wynnstay’s success.
  • As Information Systems lead, ensure the dedicated People and Culture system is utilised to its fullest potential, including overseeing system configurations, reporting, accuracy, alignment, consistency and troubleshooting.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve People and Culture processes and procedures to ensure operational and administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain Wynnstay policies and procedures compliantly and with precision accuracy and consistency, giving due consideration to legal and regulatory requirements and business need.
  • Lead the People and Culture Administration team performance, providing coaching, mentoring, training, and development opportunities while motivating excellent standards including accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain standard and custom reports, providing insights on People and Culture metrics, compliance, DE&I, and more to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with your management team and teams across the organisation to identify and address People and Culture shared service needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining processes, to enhance service delivery.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in managing a Shared Services or People Resource Operations team.
  • Strong understanding of modernised systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements and needed policy for governance and methods of working in an organisation.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with fanatical attention to detail, accuracy and consistency.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in driving process improvement initiatives.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 7 or equivalent or suitable equivalent experience) and/or Business Management qualification, highly desirable.
