Wynnstay Group Plc is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across a varied portfolio.

You will partner with hiring managers, design attraction strategies, manage pre-boarding and Day 1 readiness, and drive a high-quality candidate experience.

You will lead proactive sourcing, build talent pipelines, and work with People & Culture to reduce agency spend while ensuring compliant, inclusive recruitment.
