Regional Advisory Roles Across Wales, the Midlands & South West England. Wynnstay Group, a leading UK agricultural supplies business, is introducing an exciting new structure within our Sales team. We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable professionals to join us in four newly created Regional Advisor roles. These positions will play a pivotal part in strengthening technical support, enhancing customer experience, and driving innovation across key areas of agriculture.

- Regional Calf and Youngstock Advisor
- Regional Forage and Arable Advisor
- Regional Animal Health and Welfare Advisor
- Regional Feed and Nutrition Advisor

- South West England

What You Will Be Doing:
Each role has its own focus, but all involve:
- Leading regional strategy and technical excellence in your specialist area
- Providing on-farm advice and support to farmers
- Delivering training and guidance to internal sales teams
- Driving product performance, innovation, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on forecasting, campaigns, and product development
Role Highlights:
- Lead the regional youngstock strategy
- Provide on-farm support in calf nutrition, housing, and health
- Train sales teams and promote Wynnstay’s youngstock products
- Support innovation and product trials
- Lead the regional forage and arable strategy
- Provide technical support on seed, fertiliser, crop protection, and nutrient planning
- Deliver on-farm advice and support crop trials and demonstrations
- Train sales teams and collaborate on campaigns and product launches
Animal Health & Welfare Advisor:
- Drive regional animal health strategy and compliance
- Advise on parasite control, vaccination, and welfare planning
- Train internal teams and support key accounts
- Promote responsible use and regulatory standards
- Shape and execute the regional feed strategy
- Deliver ration formulation and performance diagnostics
- Upskill sales teams and support strategic accounts
- Contribute to forecasting and product innovation
