This is a senior sales leadership role at Wynnstay, leading national teams across Stores, Field Sales and Commercial Operations, with clear accountability for revenue, margin and execution discipline. Responsibilities
- Leading national sales teams across Stores, Field Sales and Commercial Operations
- Driving revenue and margin delivery through strong sales leadership and disciplined execution
- Setting clear expectations, performance rhythm and accountability across sales teams
- Identifying risks early and leading corrective action to protect delivery
- Working closely with the Commercial Director and senior peers to convert ambition into results
