The Opportunity:
- Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Senior Designer in basic layout, editing and design tasks, using approved templates and following brand guidelines
- Proof reading and checking of content
- Supporting the Content & Social Media Manager in the production or editing of images and clips for posts, blogs and emails
- Preparing print ready files and assisting the senior designer in delivering
- Maintaining and developing the company photo library
- Assisting in the design and production of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, brochures, and presentations
- Creating engaging visual content that aligns with the company’s branding guidelines
- Working on website and digital assets, including banners, icons, and UI elements
- Editing and retouching images for various projects
- Supporting the development of branding materials, logos, and style guides
- Collaborating with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts
- Ensuring all designs are optimized for web and print
The Person:
- The successful candidate:
- A keen interest in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing
- A talent for creativity and problem-solving, with meticulous attention to detail
- Good knowledge of design software and techniques, and graphics editing software
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Able to work well within a team
- Excellent literacy and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in Graphic Design (beneficial but not essential)
- Proactive attitude and a desire to grow professionally within Graphic Design
