We're recruiting an Electrical Engineer for a well-established food & beverage manufacturer of oats and related products in Crewe.
Package: £50,000 to £55,000 Starting Salary Paid Overtime
Location: Crewe Site
Responsibilities:
- Assist in testing and fault-finding of electrical equipment; diagnosing issues and assisting in the replacement of parts
- PLC programming
- Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting
- Specifying equipment upgrades and managing projects
- Repairing and maintaining production-line equipment (food packaging machinery) and updating the corresponding maintenance log
- Assist in installing and commissioning new production-line equipment (food packaging machinery) and ensuring the electrical systems meet the required specifications and codes
Experience:
- Experience in an Electrical Engineering or Maintenance Engineering-type position with a bias towards Electrical Engineering
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment (Preferred)
- Qualification in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
