The predicted salary is between 46300 - 52800 £ per year.
To provide an effective and efficient training operation for customers and/or users, and ensure the correct operation and maintenance of company equipment and products.
May also train internal staff, and/or staff from within distributors, and have the capability to demonstrate the company's products.
Your core tasks will include
- Delivery of Certified Training on the operation, programming, safety, maintenance, and repair of Robotics machinery and equipment.
- Preparation and delivery, leading and moderating classroom discussions, administering and grading examinations.
- Independant judgment and discretion in the delivery of training.
- Creating suggestions for continuous improvement of existing training courses.
- Promote high focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance of training equipment.
- Provide training at the office and remotely at customer locations when required.
Your profile
- Bachelor degree with two years of related robotic automation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experienced in advanced computer languages such as C, C++, and/or C#.
- Must possess strong communication and customer relations skills and strong computer and presentation skills.
- Must understand and be able to communicate safety precautions for the safe operation of robots.
- This position requires an estimate of 10% travel, valid driver's license and passport.
