About the Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across the UK for an industry-leading signalling and process optimisation solutions. Working with distributors, OEMs, and end users, you’ll identify new opportunities, and strengthen existing relationships.
Your Tasks
- Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and end customers in targeted, high-potential industries.
- Actively visit customers across the UK to understand their evolving needs, support their applications, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Take full ownership of your product portfolio and customer base — managing it strategically like your own business.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting sales partners with technical advice, application know-how, and customer service guidance.
- Drive brand awareness and market visibility for world-class products through proactive engagement and professional representation.
- Deliver sales growth in line with company objectives and regional targets.
Your Profile
- Proven success in technical or industrial sales, ideally within automation, control, or signalling technology.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify, prioritise, and convert the right business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative and customer-centric approach.
- Well-organised, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively within a matrixed, geographically diverse team.
- A collaborative, supportive, and coachable team player who contributes positively to shared success.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the UK (company car provided).
