EMEA Senior Consultant – Power & Energy and Life Science at Wynne Consulting

My clients have an exciting opportunity for a talented procurement assistant to join our organisation who will focus on the day to day running of our procurement function.

Role Responsibilities & Tasks:

  1. Assist with all day-to-day aspects of the procurement function to achieve KPI’s
  2. Generate purchase orders based on sales order and stock requirements
  3. Expedite purchase orders to ensure delivery dates are confirmed and overdue orders chased
  4. Maintain availability status of stock records and suggest alternatives
  5. Reporting of damages/short deliveries with suppliers
  6. Source pricing and product details for customer product requests
  7. Liaise with internal personnel and handle procurement related queries, requests and emails
  8. Update supplier cost prices as required

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Highly computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Excel & Outlook
  2. Experience using an ERP/MRP system or other procurement software
