ONSITE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH ADVISOR – DESFORD, LEICESTERSHIRE *** Must be eligible to work in the UK *** The Onsite Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) will be responsible for delivering a full range of Occupational Health services, including comprehensive case management and health surveillance. The role involves supporting the health and well-being of employees by providing expert advice, conducting health assessments, and managing occupational health cases in accordance with company policies and relevant legislation. Manage a caseload of employee health cases, offering advice and support on fitness for work, rehabilitation, and return to work plans. Case Management Health Surveillance Risk Assessment & Health Promotion Policy & Compliance Reporting & Monitoring ESSENTIAL Registered Nurse- with a qualification in Occupational Health (Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health Nursing). Having a current and valid entry on Parts 1 or 3 of the Nursing and Midwifery Council register Have experience/ knowledge of working within an Occupational Health role, preferably as an OH Advisor in delivering case management and health surveillance in a similar workplace setting.
