- Managing incoming enquiries and preparing accurate quotations
- Providing technical and commercial support to customers
- Processing orders and maintaining CRM records
- Growing key accounts and ensuring margins meet expectations
- Sharing leads and opportunities with the external sales team
What you’ll bring
- Mechanical engineering background or relevant technical experience
- Experience in internal sales or a technical/commercial role
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience
- (Desirable) Knowledge of valves, flow control, oil & gas or manufacturing
