We’re recruiting a General Manager for a solutions/projects focused Power Generation, Generator and T&D manufacturer. The emphasis of the role being on improving operational excellence (2 factories) and commercial strategy. This person will be based in the coastal region of Saudi Arabia, have 100+ direct and indirect reports and be tasked with developing profitable growth for one of the Company’s key business units.

Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree – preferably in Industrial Engineering
- MBA would be beneficial but not essential

- Experienced in operational and manufacturing excellence, pushing business performance
- Experience in manufacturing improvement initiatives based on Six Sigma and LEAN frameworks
- Experience in complex bid management
- 15 years experience across OEMs and Value-Added Distributors
- Results-Orientated, Emotionally Intelligent Professional
