A leading engineering manufacturer serving the oil, gas, and hydrogen sectors is growing its UK sales team and looking for a Field Sales Engineer to help drive expansion across the South of England.
With demand rising across traditional Oil & Gas and fast‑moving hydrogen projects, this is a great time to join a company known for engineering excellence, product integrity, and long‑term customer partnerships.
You’ll be the technical–commercial link between customers and the factory floor, helping clients solve real‑world flow‑control challenges while developing new business and strengthening key accounts across the energy landscape.
Sales & Business Development- Build and grow business across oil, gas, and hydrogen markets
- Develop long‑term relationships with operators, EPCs, OEMs, and distributors
- Identify new opportunities and convert them into profitable projects
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure feasibility and delivery
- Support customers on site with product knowledge, application insight, and problem‑solving
- Mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven technical sales background in Oil & Gas, hydrogen, or related industrial sectors
- Strong commercial awareness and confident negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust with technical and commercial stakeholders alike
