We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help grow sales of advanced robotics and automation solutions within the laboratory automation sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-tech engineering business working with leading global organisations across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical devices, and manufacturing. You’ll play a key role in generating and nurturing sales opportunities, working closely with senior leadership, applications engineers, and marketing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively identifying and engaging new customers through calls, emails, social platforms, and events
- Qualifying leads and uncovering customer needs to build a strong sales pipeline
- Presenting automation solutions and their commercial value to prospective customers
- Supporting the creation and presentation of quotations and proposals
- Managing customer relationships through the full sales process
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborating with internal teams to convert opportunities into revenue
What we’re looking for:
- A motivated, target-driven sales professional with strong communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with technical products and complex customer requirements
- Confident presenting virtually and in person
