Business Manager – South East England

A great opportunity to join the the highly dynamic medical devices industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by maximising every opportunity whilst maintaining a clear profitable margin. The Regional Business Manager will, establish, maintain, and expand the customer base whilst servicing the needs of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arranging appointments with hospital staff and their teams, either by face-to-face meetings or via remote video calling.
• Utilising a variety of mediums – telephone, emailing, social media.
• Demonstrate or present products to healthcare staff including consultants, sister in charge, procurement teams and sterile service departments.
• Organise and arrange lunch time meetings and support regional and national exhibitions.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and clinical teams alike.
• Keep detailed records of all contacts to ensure an accurate follow up system.
• Win new business, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
Education & Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and minimum 3 years in medical sales
