A great opportunity to join the highly dynamic medical devices industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by maximising every opportunity whilst maintaining a clear profitable margin. The Regional Business Manager will establish, maintain, and expand the customer base whilst servicing the needs of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Arranging appointments with hospital staff and their teams, either by face-to-face meetings or via remote video calling.
- Utilising a variety of mediums – telephone, emailing, social media.
- Demonstrate or present products to healthcare staff including consultants, sister in charge, procurement teams and sterile service departments.
- Organise and arrange lunch time meetings and support regional and national exhibitions.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and clinical teams alike.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts to ensure an accurate follow up system.
- Win new business, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and minimum 3 years in medical sales
