We're recruiting an Account Manager for a well-established manufacturer of industrial motors, generators, and drive systems used in critical applications across manufacturing, utilities, infrastructure, and heavy industry.
Package:
- £55,000 to £60,000 Starting Salary
- £13,750 to £15,000 Company Bonus

Location: Homebased - West Midlands, South West, or Wales. Client Visits - West Midlands, South West, and Wales.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales of industrial motors and generators across OEM and End-User accounts within the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities within key industrial sectors including Manufacturing, Utilities, and Power Generation
- Maintain relationships with OEMs and End-Users to establish long-term revenue growth
- Represent the business at industry exhibitions, networking events, and customer meetings within the assigned territory
- Maintain an understanding of competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM records
