Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Software
📍 Southern UK | £60,000+ OTE | Field-based
Drive industrial digital transformation in the UK.
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales of a leading industrial software platform and develop strong partner networks in the Southern UK.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage a network of systems integrators
- Target end customers in sectors like food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, water, energy, transport, and smart buildings
- Deliver demos, presentations, and represent the business at events
- Support projects from sale to success and manage contract renewals
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B software sales (industrial software experience preferred)
- Strong technical understanding or engineering background
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and field-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
