What You'll Do
- Install, service, repair and carry out preventative maintenance on company products.
- Provide on‐site support to customers across the UK & Ireland (with overnight stays).
- Produce high‐quality service reports and customer documentation after each visit.
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through strong technical skills and a professional approach.
- Work safely and comply with company and customer Health & Safety policies.
- Be flexible with working hours to meet customer needs.

- Proven experience working with injection moulding machinery.
- Completed engineering apprenticeship, with relevant qualifications.
- Post‐qualification practical experience in an engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

- Excellent fault‐finding, analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
