What You’ll Do

  • Install, service, repair and carry out preventative maintenance on company products.
  • Provide on‑site support to customers across the UK & Ireland (with overnight stays).
  • Produce high‑quality service reports and customer documentation after each visit.
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through strong technical skills and a professional approach.
  • Work safely and comply with company and customer Health & Safety policies.
  • Be flexible with working hours to meet customer needs.

Desired Qualifications & Attributes

  • Proven experience working with injection moulding machinery.
  • Completed engineering apprenticeship, with relevant qualifications.
  • Post‑qualification practical experience in an engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience in a field service role is beneficial (but not essential).
  • Excellent fault‑finding, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Confident communicator with strong listening skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Positive “can‑do” attitude and commitment to high‑quality work.
  • Full, UK driving licence.
