The Kitchen Porter is responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring correct chemical usage, and performing general cleaning and pot washing. This role ensures that all areas, including the kitchen, storage areas, and staff dining facilities, are kept clean, organized, and hygienic, in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Essential Duties:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and work surfaces.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stores, ensuring that all items are stored correctly and safely.
- Clean and sanitize the staff dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company policies and procedures.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist with the setting up and breakdown of kitchen and dining areas as needed.

Waste Management: Proper disposal of waste and recycling, following local environmental guidelines.
