  • Ownership of all gaming floor customer experience ensuring Wynn values and Forbes Standards are embodied by all Dealer/Inspectors and are consistently delivered.
  • Ownership of employee performance ensuring transparent, two-way communication and collaboration.
  • Accountability for service and performance.
  • The leadership and development of a high-performance feedback culture that allows employees to contribute to the success of the business.
  • Maintaining operational and decision-making integrity by acting positively and decisively to resolve a problem.
  • Motivating and developing the team to understand the key business drivers and how they add value.
