This role acts as the central coordinator for Wynn Mayfair’s brand and events activities, managing events, brand assets, content flow, compliance requirements, and cross‑team communication. It ensures all marketing outputs are on‑brand, well‑executed, and aligned with both regulatory standards and the property’s strategic and historical identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between WMI and WMY Marketing teams, as well as external event companies, suppliers, and partners.
  • Manage and track all event, creative, and collateral tasks from ideation through to delivery.
  • Ensure all physical and digital assets remain aligned with Wynn Mayfair brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a central, up‑to‑date library of approved brand assets and collateral, including photography, fact sheets, menus, brochure copy, and templates.
  • Support the ideation, planning, coordination, and execution of all WMY events.
  • Coordinate digital marketing opportunities connected to live events in collaboration with the WMI digital marketing team.
  • Work closely with Front‑of‑House and WMI & WMY Premium Marketing teams.
  • Manage guest lists, bespoke invitation production and dispatch, RSVP tracking, and personalised pre‑event communications.
  • Compile post‑event reports covering attendance, feedback, content, and budget performance.
  • Monitor gaming culture, industry trends, and social and cultural calendars in London and key target markets to identify programming opportunities.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and event activations to ensure compliance with UK Gambling Commission requirements.
  • Manage responsible gambling messaging, Safer Gaming Week collateral, and age‑gating in line with ASA/CAP advertising codes.
  • Oversee the Mayfair content coordination loop, including approvals, asset collection, and maintaining the social content release calendar.
  • Support social media, trailers, and promotional content, and assist the WMI Head of Social Media with WMY’s social strategy.
  • Lead logistics for WMI‑initiated activations at Mayfair, coordinating between WMI venues and WMY for on site pop‑ups.
  • Facilitate follow‑up enquiries and maximise opportunities for WMI promotion during cross‑property events.
  • Manage the Mayfair marketing spend tracker, including PO processing, invoice reconciliation, and monthly spend summaries.
  • Handle requests to upgrade guest‑visible property features such as canopy or lighting, including coordination with Westminster Council for approvals.
  • Work with the Front‑of‑House team to systemise the preservation of Wynn Mayfair’s history and safeguard physical and narrative elements.
  • Develop brand‑aligned ideas to showcase and market Wynn Mayfair’s historical significance.

Work Conditions:

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays – depending on business needs. Candidates must be able to demonstrate they have the Right to Work in the UK at interview stage. Due to Gambling Regulations, all applicants must be over the age of 18.
