Daily Operations:
- Prepare and serve high quality cocktails, spirits, wine, and other beverages
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to recipes and presentation standard
- Monitor bar opening and closing duties to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Oversee bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Store food, beverages and equipment carefully
- Know and understand drink lists, menu items, products and services and upsell alternatives
- Know and understand all the facilities and services
- Rotate among the different sub-departments of the F&B Division as required
- Deliver high quality products and services to every guest
- Greet guests in a warm, welcoming and courteous manner
- Address guests’ requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction
Additional Information:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate they have the Right to Work in the UK at interview stage.
