- Ownership of employee performance ensuring transparent, two-way communication and collaboration.
- Accountability for service and performance.

- Maintaining operational and decision-making integrity by acting positively and decisively to resolve a problem.
- Motivating and developing the team to understand the key business drivers and how they add value.
