Daily Operations
- Staying informed on laws and regulations impacting the gambling industry.
- Managing the member onboarding and ongoing monitoring process with precision and efficiency.
- Adherence to company’s policies and procedures and helping other employees adhere to organisational standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and foster a productive and professional environment.
- Conducting all necessary screening, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Affordability, Safer Gambling, Source of Wealth (SoW), and Source of Funds (SoF) assessments.
- Keeping detailed and accurate electronic records in line with company policies.
- Monitoring high-risk individuals and reporting findings to the MLRO.
- Coordinating with external stakeholders to gather critical information.
- Auditing and providing regular reports to the Head of Compliance and MLRO.
- Gaining familiarity with all Compliance Team processes and assisting internal stakeholders as needed.
