Daily Operations

  • Staying informed on laws and regulations impacting the gambling industry.
  • Managing the member onboarding and ongoing monitoring process with precision and efficiency.
  • Adherence to company’s policies and procedures and helping other employees adhere to organisational standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and foster a productive and professional environment.
  • Conducting all necessary screening, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Affordability, Safer Gambling, Source of Wealth (SoW), and Source of Funds (SoF) assessments.
  • Keeping detailed and accurate electronic records in line with company policies.
  • Monitoring high-risk individuals and reporting findings to the MLRO.
  • Coordinating with external stakeholders to gather critical information.
  • Auditing and providing regular reports to the Head of Compliance and MLRO.
  • Gaining familiarity with all Compliance Team processes and assisting internal stakeholders as needed.
