Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Casino Manager, Dealer/Inspectors are accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience through the demonstration of welcoming, polished, personalised, attentive and engaging behaviours. This includes but is not limited to: A focus on customer service values. Providing a customised service to all gaming patrons. Contributing to a culture of positivity. Maintaining game integrity and consistency. Inspecting dealer performance. Collation of accurate player data input through the Player Management System. Experience: A minimum of 3 yearsβ dealer/inspector experience. Mayfair casino experience. Hold a valid Personal Functional License (PFL). Have knowledge of the current UK gaming regulatory and legislative requirements. A solid understanding and experience of customer service values with exceptional communication skills.
