Key Responsibilities
- A focus on customer service values. Providing a customised service to all gaming patrons.
- Contributing to a culture of positivity.
- Maintaining game integrity and consistency.
- Collation of accurate player data input through the Player Management System.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 yearsβ dealer/inspector experience.
- Mayfair casino experience.
- Hold a valid Personal Functional License (PFL).
- Have knowledge of the current UK gaming regulatory and legislative requirements.
- A solid understanding and experience of customer service values with exceptional communication skills.
Work Conditions
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate they have the Right to Work in the UK at interview stage.
