The role involves reporting to the Casino Manager, where Dealer/Inspectors are accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience through the demonstration of welcoming, polished, personalised, attentive and engaging behaviours. This includes but is not limited to:
- A focus on customer service values.
- Providing a customised service to all gaming patrons.
- Contributing to a culture of positivity.
- Maintaining game integrity and consistency.
- Inspecting dealer performance.
- Collation of accurate player data input through the Player Management System.
Do you have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ dealer/inspector experience.
- Mayfair casino experience.
- Hold a valid Personal Functional License (PFL).
- Knowledge of the current UK gaming regulatory and legislative requirements.
- A solid understanding and experience of customer service values with exceptional communication skills.
Additional Information: Candidates must be able to demonstrate they have the Right to Work in the UK at interview stage. Due to Gambling Regulations, all applicants must be over the age of 18.
