  • Maintaining operational and decision-making integrity by acting positively and decisively to resolve a problem.

Do you have:

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and respond to internal and external customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and dispute resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop direct reports.
  • Supervisor experience.
  • Hold a valid Personal Functional License (PFL).
  • Knowledge of the current UK gaming regulatory and legislative requirements.
