Rail Security Operations Manager Location: Essex / East London c2c Network Salary: 50,000 55,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm Benefits: Train pass / travel support The Role We re looking for an experienced Rail Security Operations Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day security operation across the c2c network. This is a key role within the operation, managing security officers and supervisors across a number of stations and locations throughout Essex and East London, including Basildon, Barking and the surrounding areas. We re looking for someone who understands the reality of working within a busy rail environment someone who can manage people, deal with issues quickly, maintain standards and build strong relationships with both the client and the teams on the ground. You ll be the person making sure everything is running as it should. That means keeping staffing levels on track, dealing with absence and cover, visiting sites, supporting officers and supervisors, managing incidents and making sure the client receives the level of service expected.
