Job Overview: We are currently recruiting experienced Pipe Fitters / Mechanical Pipe Fitters for ongoing commercial works in Derby. The role will involve installation and maintenance works on:
- AHUs (Air Handling Units)
- FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
- General plumbing and mechanical pipework systems
Candidates must have previous commercial/site experience and be confident working independently on mechanical pipe fitting installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of mechanical pipework systems
- Working on AHUs and FCUs
- General plumbing and pipe fitting duties
- Reading and interpreting site drawings
- Working safely on commercial construction sites
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Requirements:
Essential:- Previous pipe fitting / mechanical pipe fitting experience
- Commercial site experience
- Ability to work independently
- Own tools and PPE
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Blue CSCS card preferred
- JIB card accepted
- Gold card also suitable
- AHU installation
- FCU installation
- Mechanical/plumbing pipework
